For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 102.0 males. For every 100 females, there were 104.2 males. In the township the population was spread out, with 28.4% under the age of 18, 5.8% from 18 to 24, 23.4% from 25 to 44, 35.7% from 45 to 64, and 6.7% who were 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.92 and the average family size was 3.19. 10.8% of all households were made up of individuals, and 3.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. There were 913 households, out of which 44.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 79.1% were married couples living together, 2.3% had a male householder with no wife present, 3.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 14.8% were non-families. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.1% of the population. ![]() The racial makeup of the township was 97.3% White, 0.5% Black or African American, 0.8% Asian, and 1.4% from two or more races. There were 963 housing units at an average density of 42.6/sq mi (16.4/km 2). The population density was 118.0 inhabitants per square mile (45.6/km 2).
